Class #10: The importance of evaluation

During this class we took an exam in which each of the communication skills was evaluated: listening, speaking, writing and reading. Personally, I felt comfortable during this exam, so I can say that in the semester I was able to learn many significant things that helped me practice and strengthen my language skills. Because of this, in this blog I would like to talk about the importance of evaluation when learning a new language. Assessing progress is essential when learning a new language. Evaluations help learners understand their strengths and areas needing improvement. Through tests, quizzes, and speaking assessments, students can gauge their language skills and track their development over time. Class #9: The importance of vocabulary

During this class the teacher talked to us about the importance of knowing vocabulary and about our duty to learn grammar and strategies to help our students learn the language. However, he emphasized that teachers are intermediaries and that it is always our responsibility to practice and improve our skills, therefore, discipline is essential. In addition, we played among us and did some listening exercises. Therefore, in this blog I would like to talk about the importance of learning vocabulary when learning English and how motivating our students to be disciplined can help them in their process of learning a language.
